So today I came across this topic in one of the group discussions,
Where there are claims that
“the more you sweat the more you lose fat” and “ fats get excreted through sweat”
Which is not true,
One of the primary function of sweat is to stabilise or core temperature(thermoregulation);for an example if the weather gets too hot, or you eat something Heaty your body’s natural response is to sweat but that doesn’t mean your sweating your fat out.

Sweat is also known as body’s natural detox where you do excrete toxins,water,salt, ammonia and so on.

Can it affect your weight? Yes because your excreting water probably there will be some WEIGHTLOSS,but it’s TEMPORARY because your body will store water again. WEIGHT LOSS IS NOT SAME AS FATLOSS

Certain athletes use sweating their advantage to fit in a certain weight category in short period of time but again is it permanent or is it fat loss?
Definitely NO
.
So now please leave your opinion on the comment box if you should buy any piece of equipment or clothing which actually makes you sweat a lot? Is it necessary?
